On  the main square of Bishkek has gathered about two thousand supporters of the leader of organized crime Ryspek Akmatbaev.
In the morning on March, 31st, 2006  former candidate to deputies of Kyrgyz parliament Ryspek Akmatbaev has arrived to Bishkek accompanied by 30 minibuses and about 20 automobile motor vehicles. By 14 o'clock on the square "Ala-Too"  in the center of the Kyrgyz capital has gathered about two thousand supporters of R. Akmatbaev they show discontent with a canceling of the Central Electoral Committee of registration of Akmatbaev as the candidate to deputies to parliament.
Nobody  from representatives of law enforcement bodies in the morning on March, 31st has not stopped a column of motor transport which by estimations of employees of militia has impudently rushed into Bishkek. During that moment on stationary post of State Auto Inspection  of village near Kirshelk in several tens kilometers from Bishkek only three employees of SAI were on duty. Contrary to presence of the operative information that a column of motor vehicles led by Ryspek Akmatbaev moves to capital of Kyrgyzstan, workers of a state auto inspectorate were just watching  passing transport, being assured, that their colleagues on nearby posts to Bishkek will take necessary measures for barring the entrance of supporters of Akmatbaev  to city.
The Central Electoral Committee of Kyrgyzstan on March, 30th, 2006 has voted for a canceling of registration of the candidate to deputies in Balykchy area of  Ryspek Akmatbaev  for presence of an outstanding previous conviction and not observance of conditions of constant residing in territory of republic within last 5 years.
Inhabitants of Bishkek in connection with forthcoming events are strongly intimidated and dissatisfied with actions of the government that can not stop revelry of a mafia and suspect that the government is connected with them.

Chronicle of events of today.
At the house of the government again meeting. Supporters of Ryspek Akmatbaev  demand to restore their candidate and Felix Kulov's resignation. Many thousands army of  holding a meeting from the Issyk-Kul is going to stand to stand near  the house of the government until their requirement will not be executed. Supporters of Ryspek Akmatbaev are preparing  for meeting on the central square.
Quickly and organized they have hanged out posters which maintenance speak about the purpose of visit of protesting people. There was no such report before. To demand Felix Kulov's resignation has arrived Ryspek Akmatbaev himself. Accompanied by the escort of black jeeps. Near to him are his not replaceable supporters. After him there has arrived also people on mini-buses directly from Issyk-Kul. Women, old men and children - demand to restore a nominee of the fellow countryman.
Colon of protesting has directed to the house of the government. Protesting scream out their requirements. One of standard-bearers in crowd achieves restoration of his candidate the second day. Employees of Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs have appeared two hours prior to succession of events. Send here to provide the law and order. They were lifted by alarm. Employees could not imagine, what waits them further. They did not expect such meeting.
Protesting are not going to establish yurtas at the White house yet. But have grasped with them chairs. Many of them are going  to sit at the White house until the requirements will not  be executed. People join protesting. The militia is also pulled together on the square.  They have - helmets, boards and a stick - just in case.

As it became known from messages of the mass-media, today nearby 13:15 with Ryspek Akmatbaev and his supporters who are holding a meeting on the main square  of the Kyrgyz capital have met  a deputy head of Administration of the President of Kyrgyzstan and governor of Issyk-kul area Esengul Omuraliev.
Addressing to A. Isabekov, R. Akmatbaev said: " in September you, declared, that in a month Kulov will retire, however it does not happen, moreover, my friends every day are killed  one after other ". "Solve this question till the evening [resignation of Kulov], otherwise we shall spend the night in the House of the Government - it is national, not only Kulov’s", - he said.
 

The president has suggested to supporters of Ryspek Akmatbaev to address in court.

As informs own correspondent of “Fergana.Ru" in Bishkek Halid Validov, in the performance before holding a meeting supporters of R. Akmatbaev the president of country Kurmanbek Bakiev, he has asked " not to frighten city dwellers by  these actions".
The president has informed, that he has just come to the House of the government and at once has left to holding a meeting. He has exclaimed surprise and a regret, that anybody from the members of the government did not came out to participants of protest action since morning.  Also K. Bakiev has called holding a meeting to solve all questions on a legitimate ground - through court, and has promised personally to consider all their requirements.
After the president of the country had speech R. Akmatbaev who called people " to take the president a word" and has asked going to disperse. Then criminals became disperse.

The chronicle of yesterday's events and meetings in Issyk-Kul.

The decision of the Central Electoral Commission on a canceling of registration in deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of R. Akmatbaev in Balykchy area, has displeased inhabitants of a seaport. Since yesterday at a building of mayoralty Balykchi people have started to gather. To evening of yesterday on central square of Balykchy has gathered about 7 thousand people.
Meeting was approved, but termless, informed representatives of local administration. Since early morning the square again has quickened. People brought up from neighboring villages. There were no employees of militia near to holding a meeting. Under not confirmed information they were asked to not appear at all for the period of meeting. In case of not performance of our requirements, we shall block road Bishkek-Torugart, have informed dissatisfied.
In process of accumulation, the people were set in buses and sent to Bishkek. The governor of area has promised to Issyk-Kul’s inhabitants to transfer their requirements to the government and the Central Electoral Commission. Also he has informed, that the head of the Central Electoral Committee should arrive himself to Balykchy and explain to voters the decision of the commission. It was not possible to find members of the district selective commission. The premise has appeared closed. Since morning about 30 minibuses and buses have moved aside Bishkek.
