The inhabitant of  Maevka,  20 years  old  B.Ergeshov, and 20 years old  A.Abdrahmanov,  who lives in  Fuchik street, have been detained.  Together in 4 o'clock in the morning in  Beishenaliev street have raped 23 years U.A.  

 

15 years thieves.

 The inhabitant of village Sokuluk ,  15 years old  A.Eshnazarov and the  inhabitant of  city Bishkek , 16 years old Dinakunov have been detained. They , at an 1  o'clock  have beaten the citizen of Turkey, 22 years S.Bujuken, and have taken away from a pocket 4100 soms.  On this  case  the investigation is conducted.

 

Is the President far from pre-election games or himself accepted in them participation?

 

Politicians on the one hand praise President Bakiev, that he  has talked to the leader of organized criminal grouping Ryspek Akmatbaev,  after his supporters have gathered  near the White House with protest action, on the other hand condemn the President, that  he conducts pre-election game and has finished a situation to such level.

Kurmanbek Bakiev,  on Friday in the evening after crowd  have missed  from the square , demanded to restore  as the candidate in deputies R.Akmatbaev, has scolded government officials who did not come on negotiations with people.

Only one fact revolts me. During all this time anybody from government officials has not  came and has not talked to them. Anybody has not asked them: “Why they  came? What they demand? Instead of it, they held meeting, how to apply against holding a meeting - so were noted by the President.

K.Bakiev has reminded high officials, that event on March, 24th  happened, because nobody listened to wishes of people, has told that will undertake actions to those government officials who has not listened to the requirement of people.

Some politicians condemn the President,  that  he has finished a situation   till this moment.  That there will be such scandal, in opinion of politician Bolot Bajgozhoev, the President knew, but has pretent, that nothing knows.

 

This question should be solved during registration of candidates in  deputies. About it Kurmanbek Bakiev knew earlier, he understood it good. Now Bakiev wishes to play with us, as with small children. "I am on affairs outside of Republic, the government pretends, that nothing knows. On 17-June,  I was  on business trip , he has told and I know nothing. Well, Bakiev is the president. It is necessary to finish game. Akaev too played for 15 years, what all this has terminated with, all of us know, - has told  Bolot  Baigojoev .

The leader of a coalition " For democracy and a civil society " Edil Baisalov supports, that the President has addressed to people and has talked to it, but has noted,that was out of place, that Bakiev has addressed to government officials with the criticism.

-We saw everything on meeting. Representatives of the state structures listened to requirements of the indignant people, have made an attempt to arrange a meeting with Felix Kulov. Felix Kulov has told to journalists, I shall meet them through pair hours with their representatives. Then  Kurmanbek Bakiev has arrived,  and said:  “I have just arrived, and I have told, that  he is good, it is wrong in my opinion. It mismatches the status of the head of the state. According to Edil Baisalov , the President should search for people who support the organization of meetings and different sort of pickets first of all in  his environment. After that when Akmatbaev was  removed from deputy race on  Balykchy constituency, on March, 31st,  about thousand supporters  of Akmatbaev  came on the square with requirements  to restore R. Akmatbaev  in  candidates to deputies and to send  Kulov in resignation. They dispatch, only after the President K. Bakiev has came and has talked to them.
