Bishkek journalist Nurgazy Anarkulov declares, that  he was attacked by the deputy of parliament Arzybek Burkanov.
 
Nurgazy  works as political observer of  the weekly political newspaper "Jany Ordo ". As he said, this unpleasant incident has occured on March, 16th near to the National philarmonic society.
- One month ago, my daughter was born, and   Jasmin  was little ill,  - tells to the correspondent  of the newspaper “Vechernij Bishkek”  Anarkulov . - That ill-starred day I went to drugstores in searches of medicines. About ten one o'clock in the evening I was near crossings of streets Manas and Kiev. Has here met Arzybek Burkanov. Having seen me, he at once has started to offend, being expressed obscenely. And then has unexpectedly rushed with fists, has struck to face.
Thank God, with the deputy there were people, - the journalist continues. - they in time have interfered and began to keep the furious deputy. I, by the way, even a finger have not touched him. Because,  well remember ethics and I try to not break it.
Nurgazy informs:  besides  Arzybek Orozmatovich has given  him on face , but also , say, has threatened with physical violence. And it concerns not only him, but also native, and also close friends of the worker of a feather.
There is a question,  has the  political  analyst  the proof of  his words? Well, for example,  has he  fixed traces of beating in any first-aid post or,  may be addressed in law enforcement bodies? It was found out – no.
However, Anarkulov  is assured, that the fact of incident can confirm a number of witnesses. In fact during that moment together with the offender there were other members of parliament, and also some their assistants and bodyguards.
- One of them  is Aliyarbek  Abjaliev , another – Iskender Gaipkulov , -  name the names of deputies the employee of   newspaper  " Jany Ordo” . - And with me there were two my colleagues.
As the young newsdealer speaks,  he has already addressed with the complaint to  the speaker of Jogorku Kenesh Murat Sultanov. According to the journalist, session of parliament on April, 3rd should take place, and  Nurgazy hopes, that deputies will discuss this incident.

Nurgazy Anarkulov believes, that all has arisen because of a series of  articles , published recently in  the newspaper "Jany Ordo".

Simply in one of publications in several  sentences the name of this deputy is mentioned.

Who is who .
Arzybek  Orozmatovich Burkanov was born on January, 6th, 1968 in Batken. Has  graduated  the faculty of automation and electrification of an agriculture Leningrad  agriculture  University.  The labour activity   began in 1995  as the general director in "Omat", " Lifting-Asia LTD", director  of the society with limited responsibility "Thesaurus", general director of the society with limited responsibility "Rusoptorg".  In March of the last year  he is elected as deputy  of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As to Nurgazy Anarkulov,  three years ago  he has  graduated  the  faculty of journalism  of thee Kyrgyz National University  by name  of Jusup Balasagyn . After study,  the journalistic way has begun  as the correspondent of the newspaper "Aalam". For this short time  hehad time to be the first assistant to the editor-in chief  of  the newspaper “Kyrgyz Ruhu", the general editor of editions “Kyrgyzstan times”, "Uchkun " and " Akiykat tagdyry ". In 2002 within the frames  of the program "Independent mass-media of the USA "of  Department of state of the United States has passed training behind ocean.

- There was no  any beating. At that day on the Manas  street I have really met Anarkulov.  With me there were three deputies: Abjaliev, Gaipkulov, and  Tursunbaev. I have told, that he wrote normally, professionally, instead of watered all.
Nurgazy Anarkulov  almost  my relative, our parents live in Batken in 100 steps from each other. I have data, that this journalist goes in Jogorku Kenesh and blackmails members of parliament.
