"The moral atmosphere of judicial system and our society are in close interrelation, - he has told. - And consequently without fair work of judicial system, Kyrgyzstan will not reach successes neither in economy, nor in political sphere ".
On a question "to whom the judicial branch of authority today serves? ", O.Tekebaev has answered so: to "capital".
As he said, sometimes the judicial branch of authority takes simply "unscrupulous illegal decisions ". " It is possible to tell, that they have turned to a certain society of the closed type, and work only on itself ", - he has told.

Bishkek. (Agency “AKIpress”). - Deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyz Republic have accepted on April, 4th, 2006, a bill "about modification and additions in Law of Kyrgyz Republic "about refugees ", initiated by deputy Kamchybek Tashiev.
As press-service of Jogorku Kenesh informs, the bill is directed on ordering of process of reception and accommodation of the persons, compelled to ask a refuge in Kyrgyzstan.
According to clauses of a law in force, " the person petitioning for a recognition as the refugee in the Kyrgyz Republic, and members of his family have the right to choose a residence and freely to move on all territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for the areas, closed for visiting by foreign citizens according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic ".
The initiator of the bill suggests to exclude words "to choose a residence ". The given offer corresponds to the international Convention from July, 28th, 1951 "about the status of refugees" where the right to choose a residence only to the persons who have received the status of the refugee is written down.
