The former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs illegally  register officially on  himself houses of unsuccessful families. Swindle would not be revealed, if neighbors would not  give  the alarm. A lane Moldavian, the house number three. Here lived the aged woman. One year ago, when  she has died, successors of habitation became two brothers. One of them together with the neighbour have carried through a swindle. Have sold the house and have expelled the second brother. The quiet life in this street has been broken, when certain Borbiev has lodged here 4 years ago. Has built up a sauna and, according to neighbours, has arranged a brothel. When inhabitants began to address to him,  he did not stand upon the ceremony , beat and intimidated. Everybody  began to be afraid of him. Impunity  of Borbiev , as neighbours speak, consists that  he belongs to power structures. According to inhabitants, he is the former lieutenant colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Using the communications, the lieutenant colonel in resignation not for the  first time withdrawn illegally houses. So, having persuaded senior brother Chapyshev,  who likes to drink, became the owner of habitation. One week ago neighbours have written the collective application. However, the answer till now is not present.

Because of a strong snowfall in  this year,  the school has appeared in an emergency condition. Before arrival of experts of the Ministry of Emergency Measures lessons in rural board  Salam Alik were spent in house conditions. The last snowfalls have strongly damaged a building of school. When have established tents, lessons have proceeded. Pupils speak, that saw physicians only few times. The established furnaces, do not give sufficient heat, many children were ill. In tents constantly is damp. Both children, and parents wait, when will construct new school or will repair old. Senior pupils are not glad also, they should  finish   school in tents.

Legal expert Dzhamshid Muhtarov from Djizak  region of Uzbekistan and his family are now in Kyrgyzstan, but, according to  fund of assistance and support of legal and economic reforms in Kyrgyzstan , their life and health threatened still danger.

 

Let's remind, that the member of the Uzbekistan remedial organization "Ezgulik" Dzhamshid Muhtarov has been compelled to leave Uzbekistan because of prosecutions from law enforcement bodies. He has applied about granting a political asylum at local office of the Management of Supreme Commissioner on affairs of refugees of the United Nations in Osh.
