Peace procession of citizens for the law and the order. Under such slogan will pass two meetings - on 8th and  on  12  April in Bishkek. Leaders of 23 political parties, public associations and the nongovernmental organizations have created a coalition which, in their opinion, should provide leadership of the law and promote construction of a lawful state. Members of a coalition consider, that custom-made murders and pressure of criminality on business should not become norm. Peace procession will begin near the Southern gate of city, then its participants will  go to the  square "Ala-Too” .

In the document it is spoken - I quote - Pickets, meetings and other forms of the protest are not  permitted on distance less than 200 meters from the House of the government, Jogorku Kenesh,  the teleradiocenters, less than 50 meters from buildings of state institutions. Placing of yurts  without the permission  of General architect also is forbidden. In case of infringement of these norms employees of the mayoralty of Bishkek and law enforcement bodies are authorized to suspend meetings and pickets.
