One of these days in remedial organization "Air", that in  Jalal-Abad  region of Bazarkurgan  area, the inhabitant of village Sakaldy Inomjon Beknazarov has addressed. He  has told, how the Uzbek frontier guards provoke people passing through border to various infringements of a passport system and the boundary control. Thus ,  artificial parameters of revealing of infringers raise, and to people put in passports  mark about expulsion for illegal crossing of border.

"Henceforth I am undesirable person , - speak Beknazarov . - For me it is dangerous to cross border of Uzbekistan. Though many my relatives live in Uzbekistan ". So has begun narration Inomjon Beknazarov .  

This story has happened  in March of this year. Inomjon, having visited the relatives in the city Osh, came back to  his  home in Nooken region. To go through Jalal-Abad  and Uzgen , means to make a three times greater hook, and  he  has gone on shorter route - transit through  Usbekistan.  

The point of the boundary control "Dustlik "  he has passed easy. The Uzbek frontier guards did not  check the  permit .

Further boundary post “Hanabad” , through which it is possible to pass on territory of Kyrgyzstan followed. Here all misadventures have begun. The Uzbek frontier guards have carped, that in the passport  of Beknazarov there is no mark about crossing frontier of Uzbekistan, and have placed  him in a metal cell where already there were some men, women and children from Kyrgyzstan which have appeared precisely in the same situation.

The cell   was replenished with new people. In a cell them have kept more than seven hours. For this time  did not allow  nobody  to go in a toilet, did not allow to eat. On requests to explain the reason of detention and to release, frontier guards deliberately politely answered: "Wait for arrival of the heads ".

At one of the detained women have not sustained nerves and she began to shout, that will complain to the governor of the Andizhan area. Frontier guards have taken her for hands and have demanded to pass in a separate premise. For calm of "heroine" it was enough.  All other was  in a cell, silently stood and waited for  fate.

" All this time I damned myself, that have decided to go through Uzbekistan, - continues story Beknazarov.  - Probably the Uzbek special services have decided to show that day in such not ordinary way how they vigilantly protect border. Therefore through one post passed freely, and at departure already detained as infringers. And for this purpose they used citizens of Kyrgyzstan".

When has started to darken, people began to release  from a cell. The officer, frontier guard forced to undersign for any in advance prepared paper, and then  put in passports a mark about deportation from the country, as the infringer of frontier of the Uzbek Republic.

"Now to go to relatives in   Uzbekistan will be difficult.  And in fact there are different cases, funeral, weddings. An output one - to put in the passport certain sum of money and to transfer frontier guards ", - is frank Inomjon.

How  many all this chaos will last, it is known to  God, therefore as authorities of both states for the present do not find time to sit down for a negotiating table on boundary problems.

In Uzbekistan live more than 350 thousand Kyrgyzs , in Kyrgyzstan - more than 800 thousand Uzbeks. All of them close  connected  by relative ties . For the present they try to solve problems of crossing of frontiers, not hoping on protection of authority. Whether the patience for a long time will suffice?
