National coalition of democratic forces puts before the President the requirements.

Bishkek.  (Agency “AKIpress”) - the Staff on carrying out  of national meeting " People of Kyrgyzstan demands reforms " on April, 29th, 2006 in regions of Kyrgyzstan  has been created today, on April, 17th, during session of members of the National coalition of democratic forces.

In structure of a staff, heading by Omurbek Tekebaev , have  been included  18 person,  as assistants to the  chairman  of staff  were elected  Kubatbek Baibolov ,  Temir Sariev , Asiya  Sasykbaeva , Anvar Artykov.

Let's remind, on the eve of "peace procession of citizens for the law and the order " on April, 8th, during session of members  of National coalition of democratic forces , was accepted the decision to support offer of Social-democratic party of Kyrgyz Republic  - to  hold on April, 29th, 2006 the general  meeting with participation of regions.

As a result of a meeting on 17 of April, were determined the main requirements and aims, put before carrying out of meeting . As has informed O.Tekebaev, meeting on April, 29th is "a form of co-operation of various political, public organizations and simply citizens of our country" and  is connected with necessity of carrying out  in Kyrgyzstan "global reforms ". " We speak on behalf of citizens, which want immediate constitutional reforms, and there was law and order in  our country . Only thus we can come to stability and prosperity ", - the deputy has told.

 In turn, as has declared K.Bajbolov, the main requirements of national meeting on April, 29th are requirements of carrying out of the constitutional reform, and also carrying out judicial, administrative, administrative-territorial, judicial-legal, economic reforms. "though something  will be solved ", - he has explained.

As one of leaders has told, simultaneously to meeting on April, 29th , will began actions in  regions. " Bolot Sherniyazov  bring together  in Talas 10 thousand persons ,  where the leaders of the National coalition are invited, there are offers from Naryn,  Leilek, Osh , -  he has told.  The aim is –to hear the voice of people  all over the country on April, 29th  ".

He has emphasized, that   by means of meeting on April, 29th , the members of National coalition of democratic forces   "suggest by civil way to the  President K.Bakiev to execute those requirements of people which have been sounded on March, 24th, 2005 ".

M.Eshimkanov has noted, that on the central square "Ala-Too" in Bishkek will be established  yurts ,  tents, for performances the technics will be established. " It will be some kind of
"Kyrgyz Maidan .  Today, or tomorrow we shall  pass  the requirements to the President ", - he  has told, having added, that most likely today till the evening the leader of Social-democratic party  Almaz Atambaev will meet the President.
Let's remind, block of National coalition of democratic forces , created on January, 6th, 2006,  following political parties and the nongovernmental organizations are  included in   : a party
"the Union of democratic forces ", socialist party "Ata-Meken", a party " Kairan el ", party "Ar-namys", Communist party  of Kyrgyz Republic, a party "My country", political movement "Ata-Jurt", the Coalition " For democracy and a civil society ", Social-democratic party  of Kyrgyz Republic, youth movement “Kel-Kel”, the center "Interbilim", the Union of businessmen of Kyrgyz Republic , Institute of the constitutional policy, the Union of tax bearers,  public society "Ashar", public fund " For the international tolerance ", national-patriotic movement " Will of people ".
