Authorities of Kyrgyzstan  insist on preliminary recording  of teledebates with opposition.

As have informed sources of informational agency "Fergana.ru" , in the National broadcasting company of Kyrgyz Republic , now there is a preparation for recording of  television debate of the  high management of the country , heading by the president and the prime minister with representatives of opposition.

Representatives of opposition on behalf of organizers of a staff on carrying out of meeting on April, 29th agree to have  a meeting with the head of the state only on the air.

Authorities in difference from original  offers to hold a meeting on the air now insist on recording  and the subsequent translation.
Policy: Yesterday's colleagues on revolution have declared to the president of Kyrgyz Republic  the ultimatum. K.Bakiev has decided to bear the conflict on telescreens.

Oppositional to the president of Kyrgyz Republic Kurmanbek Bakiev forces  and the persons have  put forward a number of rigid requirements with which they are measured to  go on a mass meeting on April, 29th, 2006 About it  have informed the representatives of opposition  at press conference in agency “AKIpress” on April, 18th.
Such well-known persons as  the former speaker of parliament Omurbek Tekebaev, deputies Kubat Baibolov , Jantoro Satybaldiev,  Temir Sariev, Dooronbek Sadyrbaev, Mekis Eshimkanov,  Kabai Karabekov ,  the executive director of the Coalition " For democracy and a civil society " Jyrgalbek Turdukojoev, the chairman  of the Center "Interbilim" Asiya Sasykbaeva,  the representative of movement "Ata-Jurt " and  former " the national governor " of  Osh  region Anvar Artykov, the coordinator of youth movement "Kel-Kel revival " Alisher Mamasaliev and others took part.

Opponents of a policy, which  carry out the present country leaders, have demanded immediate reform of all political system of the country, decrease in a level of corruption, uncompromising struggle against criminality.

The staff of national meeting has promulgated the program under the name " ten simple steps to people ". Organizers of meeting have declared, that if their initial requirements will not be executed, they are ready to demand resignation of tandem "Bakiev-Kulov". The staff has declared, that they have already prepared for the means necessary for long-term meeting. Inhabitants of Bishkek have begun to worry: whether capital threatens next "termless  Maidan?..
And already last night it was found out, that the president and his environment have not remained indifferent to sharp demonstration of the discontent, threatening to pass in opened  square opposition. After  one of organizers of protest action - minister of the industry, trade and tourism Almaz Atambaev at personal meeting has  passed requirements of a staff of meeting to the president, the authority has  called the opposition on teledebates.

Already today, on April, 19th, on the air of the National telechannel there will be representatives of opposition and the  high management of Kyrgyzstan. As speak, the initiative of carrying out of teledebates belongs to that "tandem" upon which the criticism - to the president and prime minister Felix Kulov has fallen.

A number of representatives of opposition have already responded to this offer. It is expected, that the oppositional block will be represented by heads of a staff on carrying out of national meeting on April, 29th, and from authority on public debate there will arrive the president and the head of the government.

 

The air will  takes place at 15.00 on Bishkek time.

 
"Ten simple steps towards to people ", offered to the president by  opposition.

1. Ruthless struggle with  criminality .  Ensuring of the law and order and safety of citizens. Protection of business against pressure of the organized crime, non-admission  of criminalization of authority.

2. Real struggle against corruption.

3. Immediate carrying out of the constitutional reform. The president should bring immediately in Jogorku Kenesh (parliament of the country) the coordinated project of new edition of the Constitution and from the right of its response.

4. Reform of law enforcement bodies. Resignation of the head of Administration of President Usen Sydykov, General public prosecutor Kambaraly Kongantiev, State secretary Dastan Sarygulov,  the Chairman of Service of national safety Tashtemir Aitbaev  and those members of the Government which activity has received a unsatisfactory estimation of parliament.

5. Ensuring of equal conditions to economic subjects. An interdiction on use of the state powers for replacement from the market of economic competitors. Elimination of practice of " family business ".
6. Abolition of  executive bodies  at the President and transfer of their functions to the Government, and also all  budget making branches of economy in conducting executive authority. According to the legislation , management of national economy and the state property carries out Government of Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Reorganization of the State television broadcasting company in public TV.

8. Return of all property rights and illegally taken away  shares to collective of Broadcasting Company " Pyramid ". The termination of blackmail of company " Pyramid " by figureheads.

9. Urgent putting in order  the manufacture and trade of  building materials. To stop monopolization and "inflation" of the prices for production of the domestic enterprises of building materials.

10. An interdiction on initiation of unconstitutional offers on restriction of the rights of citizens on a freedom of speech, peace processions and demonstrations, others civil freedoms.
