All older persons of the Kyrgyzstan which has read through interviews of A.K.Madumarov in newspaper “MSN” № 38 from 11.04.06, have drawn a conclusion  ,  that you are  far from our life, from our problems, from ours burning and the humiliated position in a society and the country.
Probably, you know, that older persons of Kyrgyzstan - poorest of all republics on the postSoviet space. According to  National Statistic committee, for January, 1st, 2005 in Kyrgyzstan pension on age (i.e. aged  persons ) receive:

Up to 200 soms  - 728 persons

From 201 up to 300  soms - 5602  persons.  

From 301 up to 400  soms - 25116  persons.

From 401 up to 500 soms - 61932  persons.

From 501 up to 600 soms -63923 persons .

From 601 up to 700 soms  - 55376 persons.  

From 701 up to 800 soms  - 54611 persons.  

From 801 up to 1000 soms  - 79507 persons .

More than  1000 soms  - 41698 persons.  
And the minimal consumer budget for March, 1st, 2006 is made 1624,1  soms.

 It includes:

-  foodstuffs  - 1246,52  soms ;

- not foodstuffs  (washed-washing, medicines, etc.) - 171, 52  soms;

- Services - 204,86  soms;

The food basket is that minimal set of products which is necessary for the old person  to live  and it  is proves by science.  

It turns out, that 94 %of  old men cannot buy necessary food stuffs, not speaking about payment of municipal services, treatments, purchases of medicines, etc.
I give an example: 1 litre of milk (the low of fat content) costs in shop  20   soms, 5  soms cost a loaf of bread in 350 grams. Total only on these food stuffs in a month the elderly person needs 25 soms х 30 days = 750  soms . The statement , that next " increase of tariffs for an electricity, is not increase, and tariffs are unified, that them did not hide ", we consider as direct increase of tariffs. Each elderly person, especially lonely, pays 43 tyiyn for 1 Kwt and now  he  will pay 62 tyiyn.  On the average at old men the indication of counters  were from 90 up to 150 Kw. Hence, they paid from 38,7 up to 64,5  soms.  Now they will pay from 55,8 up to 93  soms.  But rich including you, will pay twice less. Thus, due to our poverty rich again improve the condition.
" I am  for the blanket tariff and simultaneous strengthening of address support of those who requires it ", - speak  Madumarov.  94 % of  aged  persons require it. What  means the  address support, we test on  our skin. This is a long, long way of humiliations before officials.

We offer:
- The tariff for  aged persons to leave former, 43 tyiyn  for 1 Kw;

- Aged  persons will make payment as it was earlier, without participation of controllers. The elderly person himself takes readings of the counter and pays ( certainly , giving the pension certificate) in post office.

"I am also  for  monetization of privileges ", - continue A.Madumarov. And have you  asked about it older persons? Have  you  conduct  interrogation on all regions? You  are for  monetization of privileges, and we - against.

For  instance, let’s   speak about travel on city, in searches of cheap products older persons go basically on the Osh market. Because of absence of transport they should do on 2 - 3 changes on trolley buses and buses. Besides , they search for cheap medicines,  go to polyclinics, hospitals. Therefore payment for travel one way and back which will be necessarily counted by officials, will not help old men, and on the contrary, will aggravate their position. And so on all privileges. To monetization  is necessary to approach at will of old men. The government, deputies the actions provoke old men to go with protests on the square  over whole republic.

Each your decision is a shot in heart of older persons.

Misters governors, have you no shame? For what do away with the senior generation, mothers and fathers?
