Below the letter of the judge of Pervomai  court  Vorontsova ,  which was  handed over  to Sopieva Burul on  20-April of 2006 at about 12-one o'clock in the afternoon and the same day it  was planned to  be considered , it occurs later 4-month after repeated closing  of criminal case against me.

The Pervomai regional court of  Bishkek informs, that consideration of the complaint of Yeliseyev, submitted  according to 132  of the Criminal Procedural Code of Kyrgyz Republic on a cancelling of the Decision of the inspector of Pervomai Office of Public Prosecutor of city  Bishkek from December, 20th 2005 about the termination of criminal case, is appointed to April, 20th 2006 at 15- 00 o’clock. .
