During a week 30 families of Bishkek have to spend night practically in the street.
They were moved from the house according to the instruction of open joint-stock company
"Dastan". Homelesses now declare, that are ready to go on extreme measures.
Judicial suit between tenants of a hostel number two and joint-stock company "Dastan " already last long time. Individual share in the authorised capital is distributed as follows: thirty five percent belongs to joint-stock company, the others 65 - to the State Committee on management of the state property. Tenants demand to withdraw from the property of joint-stock company
" Dastan  " the premises which are on the third floor due to the state share in the authorized capital. As a result of three proceedings, the joint-stock company managed to achieve, that  to building have given the status of uninhabited fund,   as a result,  during a week inhabitants have to spend all day and night in the street.

Ryskul  - the inhabitant of the house № 31: " Almost a  week has passed, when to us  arrived  the  employees of militia  with the injunction  about eviction. From apartments expelled inconsiderately, literally having broken hands. Both personal things, and furniture, not troubling themselves, threw out directly from windows. What we have to do now? I have two children, one is in hospital. Nobody cares our desperate position, for all week we were visited  by none official".

All court yard near to recent habitation is filled up by house belongings, here cooking and care of children. Nevertheless, remained without a roof over the head are not measured to recede.In opinion of tenants, a management  of joint-stock  society "Dastan" has acted illegally. From the mayoralty was sent the appeal, addressed to prime-minister with the request for satisfaction of requirements of tenants of the second hostel.
