Initiators of meeting have undergone to pressure from authorities.

The local authorities and law enforcement bodies of the city Osh obstruct peace meeting against corruption and criminality , which should take place on  26-April on the central  square of the city Osh. As Anvar Artykov - the vice-president of movement "For reform” has told,  there is an intimidation from the authorities  to  local residents.
The vice-president of movement " For reform "  of democratic forces Anvar Artykov has noticed in occasion of that local authorities use the best efforts, to intimidation that peace meeting on April, 26th in the city Osh  will not  take place:
-Authorities, basically the Service of National Safety, the chief of militia of city Osh Myrzamatov  call one by one  people,  who with us work, and speaks them, that them will put in prison, or will shoot. Estimate,  who breaks the law. All is done within the  frames of the law.
Anvar Artykov has told,   that , if  authorities will be against peace meeting against corruption and  criminality , probably, that from day to day their requirement will be all more strongly:
-If they absolutely will not obey us, we shall put forward rigid requirements . But our purpose is not to  overthrow authority,  but to direct it on a correct way.
And here chairman of the Osh branch of political party " Work and unity ", which has come on information assembly to express the opinion, has told, that now there is no special necessity to spend peace  meeting:
-I tell you plainly , I  am against these policy, which they  conduct.  They  go on meeting after them have dismissed,  why when they worked , they did not go  on meetings. It is impossible to destroy corruption,  which prospered many years,  within one year.
According to Anvar Artykov, in peace meeting tens of nongovernmental organizations and simple people will participate.
