Thrown out on street.

Already twelve days more  than 100 inhabitants of a hostel of joint-stock company
" multinational corporation " Dastan " remain without a roof above a head. On Monday the part from them has arranged meeting near the House of the government.
These people suffer sad fate on April, 14th of current year. Exactly in that day, some tens of families, as they  told, were  thrown out on street. As they said, all happens according the correspondence decision of Pervomai regional court.
- The building  on street  Abai , 14 was under construction as a hostel on 274 places and is put in operation in 1976, - one of leaders of initiative group of inhabitants Bakberdi Azamatov tells to correspondents  of the newspaper  "Vechernij  Bishkek ". - In 1993 former instrument-making factory  by name of the 50 anniversary  of Kyrgyz Soviet socialist Republic  was transformed to joint-stock company " multinational corporation " Dastan ". Welfare projects, including a hostel have gratuitously been transferred to its labour collective.
Now the first and second floors of a hostel are empty, on the third lives more than 25 families,  i.e. more than  100 persons,  among which there are invalids.
According to chairman of board of association of former hostels of the enterprises and the organizations " the Worthy life " Kalicha Umuralieva ,  in this building people have been populated on the basis of the lease agreement with administration of  " multinational corporation " Dastan ". Nine years ago  by the order of the mayoralty of Bishkek to a hostel have given the status of an apartment house. Then inhabitants of the fourth floor, except for two families, have received warrants, and then privatized  occupied premises.
However, later, under the petition of the joint-stock company, the first, second, third floors, and also two sections of the fourth floor  have been back  given in uninhabited fund by the order of the same mayoralty.
As speak holding a meeting, on 14, Abai street they are registered already  for several years. The management of  "multinational corporation "Dastan " promised , that  with time  tenants can privatize premises. Poor  devils,  as they said, not only paid rent, but also privately gave superfluous  money  to allmighty chiefs that those have appeared more indulgently and have helped to legalize more quickly all necessary papers.
But the "necessary" people for some reason did not hasten, and tired people from the third floor in 2004 was started up in proceedings.
For objective consideration of appeared disputed situation,   two months ago was created  the commission,  led by the first vice-mayor of capital Ilya Klimenko and  has lead four sessions.
It makes to the prime minister such offer: " to permit to State committee of Kyrgyz Republic on management of state property due to a part of a state share in the authorized capital of joint-stock company  " multinational corporation " Dastan " to withdraw from the property of the given joint-stock company a premise of the third floor with the subsequent transfer to the tenants living in these premises ".
However everything, on not clear reasons, has turned out absolutely in another way. Instead of waiting Felix Kulov's last word, the inhabitants have been expelled by force. Now these people have no place to go, and they with all goods live in the street directly before a building of a hostel. Under panels of polyethylene .
