In Naryn  insulator of the time  maintenance three accused have opened veins.

Naryn. (Agency “AKIpress”) - Employees  of Naryn representation of  Ombudsmen of Kyrgyz Republic revealed the fact of the severe attitude to accused, containing in an insulator of the time maintenance  of city Naryn.

 As the inspector of representation Tojgonbaj Dzhaanbaev has informed on April, 27th, 2006 to the correspondent of agency “AKIpress”, three accused have opened to themselves veins with sharp subjects as a token of the protest, shown to them  by militiamen during investigatory process.

 According to T.Dzhaanbaev, employees of militia and inspectors applied power methods of interrogation. Also conditions of the maintenance of  accused in  insulator of time maintenance did not  correspond to sanitary-and-hygienic norms and rules, the inspector speaks.

 To all victims rendered the first medical aid and are legalized corresponding papers with which employees of representation of  Ombudsmen are acquainted.
