Deportation of Huseinjan Djelil  to China in any way cannot be admitted, because there he  at once will be  executed,  or to  him tortures will be applied. After arrest of Huseindjan Djeli, the Uigur diaspora in Kyrgyzstan is strongly intimidated in connection with possible deportations and possible executions in China. The Kyrgyz Committee for Human rights calls world community  to achieve returning  of Huseindjan Djelil  to Canada, notwithstanding,  that a  mode in Uzbekistan  can dispose differently, contrary to  international  humanitarian  law.

Religious life: To the Canadian citizen detained in Uzbekistan, for the first time have  admitted the consul.

As the Canadian newspaper "Toronto Star ", informed on Saturday, the Islamic active worker from Toronto, arrested last month in Uzbekistan, till now is in the Tashkent prison.  The case  of Huseincan Jelil , whose deportations from Uzbekistan achieve authority of the Chinese National Republic, causes more and more steadfast attention of the international organizations and legal experts all over the world.

One editions name H.Dzhelil as  "imam". Other Canadian newspapers inform today, that H.Dzhelil - the legal expert. Possibly, in it there is no big mistake: it is known, that authorities of communistic China pursue not only insurgents of a Uigur underground, but also simple moslems. The native of Kashgar, Hussein Dzhelil in the past have been condemned for participation in Uigur separative movement. Having released from the  imprisonment in 1998, the dissident has got over to Uzbekistan, and then to Turkey. In 2001 as the refugee  he has arrived to Canada and lived in the city Hamilton  until has lodged in  Burlington  near Toronto.

In the past  year H.Dzhelil has received the Canadian citizenship. Having left China,  he has been compelled to leave in Kashgar (city in  Cintsan -Uigur independent  region of China) two sons and the daughter. And in the beginning of 2006 together with  his wife and younger children H.Dzhelil has arrived to Uzbekistan where intended to achieve reunion of family. Possibly, by inquiry of the Chinese party, on March, 26th H.Dzhelil has been arrested in Tashkent.

His relatives are afraid, that the government of Uzbekistan can  hand over  Djelil to authorities of the Peoples Republic of China,  where the refugee is expected for certain  the execution for  his political activity in the past.

The spouse of arrested person Kamila Celil) - most likely, the native of Tashkent. It is in Tashkent with three children  with 3 children  younger 7 yeas old and now waits for one more child. On Friday  she has informed the Canadian journalists, that later twenty days after arrest of  her husband , the Canadian consul managed to meet  him  in prison and to have a talk,  but  only twenty minutes. To Kamila  the  authority of Uzbekistan do not  allow the appointment to the husband.  As authors of  article in " Toronto Star " write, home telephone number of Kamila has broken off during  her last conversation with the Canadian journalists and has finally ceased to answer in the end of the last week.

The Canadian lawyer of family H.Dzhelia Chris MacLeod informs, that Uzbekistan special; services yet have not shown to client any charges. Name  of Djelil  can be in lists of the Interpol, however the Canadian oppositional politicians are concerned by that "imam" pays too high price for political and religious beliefs.

" When the instruction to arrest is based on political heterodoxy or when you accuse of a criminal offence, is not the same ", - declares Canadian deputy-liberal Paul Szabo, at session of parliament  lifted question concerning H.Dzhelil,  before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country.

"Today Canada even does not have constant embassy in Uzbekistan ", - Michael Lynk, the professor of jurisprudence from university of Ontario speaks. - "Uzbekistan has just closed office of Management of the Commissariat of the United Nations on refugees in Tashkent. It is sad, but all the developed circumstances – against Djelil.".

As writes "Toronto Star ", pregnant  woman  Kamila Dzhelil is measured to get out  from Uzbekistan somewhat quicker. However,  to make it with three juvenile children to her is very difficult. The Canadian authorities have already given the time visa  to mother  of Kamila.  However, as the citizen of Uzbekistan,   first,  she should receive so-called "exit visa" . This rudiment  of Soviet  system till now exists in Uzbekistan,  where authorities of the country  total supervise all movings of citizens.
