The Kyrgyz television channel "NTS" loses  an opportunity to broadcast  in regions of the country.

  From 1 of May,  2006 Bishkek television radio company  "NTS" loses an opportunity to broadcast in regions of  Kyrgyzstan. It was declared to technical director of the channel by director of the Republican Production association of radio-relay highways of TV and broadcasting Kuvan Begaliev.  The official version of officials is those: radiorelay trunks on which there is a submission of a signal "NTS" on territory of republic, will be  passed  to "ElTV" - to the public TV,  created by the decree of the president of the country in December, 2005.

 As explains Begaliev ,  according to the decree, its department is obliged to provide relaying of programs of  "ElTV" on  whole country,  and other opportunity, except to withdraw  these trunks at "NTS",   he have no.  To comment the words "on  camera " K.Begaliev has refused. In private conversations representatives  of Republican production association of radio-relay  highways of TV and broadcasting  refer to  that the instruction to disconnect "NTS" from regions is given directly by vice-prime minister Adahan Madumarov. Journalists  of "NTS" tried to contact  with Madumarov ,  but in a reception of vice-premier to them answered, that he is at meeting.
