Weekly announcements of KCHR for April 24 -28

1. We tell to all of you, you-authority listen!
Asiya Sasykbaeva ,  the chairman of center “Interbilim”. 

The today's authority interferes with business of courts, and bears decisions only in favour of the White House, and bends a head before high-ranking officials and pressure from their party. And the last  open  confirmation : when R.Akmatbaev's supporters  came to the White House, president K.Bakiev has  came  to them, and after a while,  has executed all their requirements. Work of courts as  is known to all of us, destiny of many people are solved  for years, and there is no end to it. And in this case in the day off, within 3 hours R.Akmatbaev's case has been solved in  his favor , about what  it speaks? Of these lacks joke not  only adults,  but even children.

2. To organizers of meeting on April, 29 th  threaten physical  violence?

High rank officials of " the White House " threaten organizers of peace meeting on April, 29th with punishment. They promise  also, that to holding a meeting force will be applied - in case   if they will approach directly to a fencing of the house of the government. Deputy Temir Sariev has now informed on it at session of parliament.

3. E.Bajsalov: we had 4-5 cases when we would have enough forces to make Akaev the President  again.

"We  have strongly supported authority a  whole year.  Now to me  come  and speak: "You do not support Bakiev  ". If I have not supported Bakiev ,   now would not be so. In the past year after March, 24th, there were 4-5 cases when we would have enough forces to make  Akaev the president again. But, we - a civil society, have rescueed Bakiev  We have believed,  hoe will could  not believe (!?) if  he at the Constitutional meeting, forums  and in interview distributed the promises in  volumes. We have collected  all his  words. On April, 29th we shall tell to  him about it ", - has told Baisalov.

4. The inhabitant of settlement Pristan, which situated near  the city  Karakol, 51 years  old K.Abdurahmanov tried to rape 8 years C.V. The investigation of case have begun.
Have stolen 13 years  old girl. 5. Putin: Russia will increase military presence at Kyrgyzstan.
Russia and Kyrgyzstan have agreed actively to advance joint projects in power, mechanical engineering,  light  and the food-processing industry, informs  informational agency  "News" referring to words of the president of Russia Vladimir Putin.

6. In Jalal-abad  was a firing between local criminal groupings.
 Jalal-Abad . In city Jalal Abad on April, 25th, 2006 there was a firing between local criminal groupings in the afternoon. According to some information, there are wounded men, including the leader of one of groupings on a nickname Black Aibek.  
 As the correspondent of the informational agency  “AKI press” informs , referring to sources in the law enforcement bodies, the given incident bears " criminal character ".

7. In Kyrgyz Republic are about to happen  the next shakes.
At time , when President of Kyrgyz Republic Kurmanbek Bakiev with official visit in   Moscow, on  his native land,  where one year ago there was a revolution of tulips, are about to happen next  shakes , which can end with falling of administration of the head of the state. The criminal criminality on a background of a proceeding economic crisis in the country has seriously grown, the average salary hardly exceeds $60. One of key leaders of new Kyrgyz opposition became the former speaker of national parliament Omurbek Tekebaev. He  had to submit to resignation in February of this year, after an exchange of sharp words  with president Bakiev. Then in reply to criticism from president, Tekebaev has advised the head of the state "to go to hung up ". Isolated president has received new impact from the allies on the last Friday when in resignation the minister of the industry who have accused the head of the state in usurpation of authority has left.

8. The customs gives go ahead to corruption to relatives and nonprofessionals.

In state custom inspection the system of appointments for posts of relatives and "convenient people" continues to operate. 9. The condemned M.Tadzhibaeva from Fergana worries for destiny of  her daughter.

"I am worry very much for a life  of native. Because of me put pressure upon many my relatives. Today in danger the life of my only daughter Mahliyo ", - writes  Mutabar Tadjibaeva , who is afraid, that under the order of authorities  her pregnant daughter Mahliyo can be lost in a maternity home.

10. Meeting in Оsh, under direction of A.Artykov is broken up by provokers.

 The authorized meeting planned for today by supporters of the former governor of the Osh region Anvar Artykov has appeared broken by unknown provokers, Fergana,ru informs .

Nearby 50 person, basically, A.Artykov's fellows villager have gathered today in the morning on central square  of Osh to state the requirements on the prompt carrying out of reforms and to declare the protest to the policy of the president of the country K.Bakiev, the staff reporter of agency A.Saipov informs.

11. I.Kochkarov: On the chairman of Central Elective Commission T.Abdraimov attempt prepared.

13. Thrown out on street.
Already twelve days more  than 100 inhabitants of a hostel of joint-stock company
" multinational corporation " Dastan " remain without a roof above a head. On Monday the part from them has arranged meeting near the House of the government.
These people suffer sad fate on April, 14th of current year. Exactly in that day, some tens of families, as they  told, were  thrown out on street. As they said, all happens according the correspondence decision of Pervomai regional court.

16. Pending meeting of opposition, authority of Kyrgyz Republic have created new  special element .
As inform sources  of informational agency " Fergana. Ru" in Bishkek, in Kyrgyz Republic  the special  element  in quantity  of fifty persons is created. While it was not possible to receive official acknowledgement or a refutation of this information from official sources . On hearings, the initiator of creation of new  combined group became the son of the operating president of country Marat Bakiev , who is the assistant to the  chairman  of Service of national safety of the country. It is rather probable, that the new group will personally submit to the son of the president.

17. The price of 4 children-5  thousand  soms ?

Aiganyl Mamerova is 31 years old. Mother of 4 children. Once  she was keeper  of the family center, and had the house. Now  her house  is  destroyed  by lightning, children have remained without the father,  she without the husband, cries and does not know, what to do.

18. Voters have declared in Uzgen a hunger-strike.
26 supporters of candidate in Jogorku Kenesh Sanjar Kadyraliev express disagreement with results of the second round of elections on  Kurshabskij constituency.  
People have begun protest action yesterday, on April, 27th, before a building of regional  mayoralty. Two yurts are placed, where they are going to spend the day and the night. Their health is watched by group of physicians. The group of support, consisting from 25-300 persons, also participates in action .  

19. It is informed, that distribute K.Bakiev's portrait, for these purposes it is kept from  salary of teachers. On 21-April representatives of the Russian firm on Mailu-suu lamp factory have warned U.Ormonov that will not allow to enter the deputy commission, even to enter into city, and have sounded the requirement of people that the president has held the general meeting with organizers of meeting of 29-March.
