Proceeding from this we want to ask you: what  is more important, rights of owners of unique combine of a monopolist or the right of hundreds thousand local builders which cannot get materials under its own price production made on their native  ground? Whether your son Maxim Bakiev has any relation to KCSC?  There can be he has got 13.5 % of shares?.. If no why cost of cement and slate is so is high? By the way, it is known that the firm of your son "Bilon" in days of  Akaev provided KCSC with natural gas, that he has not paid in treasury 31.5 million soms, that in this connection criminal case has been opened, and that in connection with that his Kazakhstan colleague Sergey Kirichek has disappeared criminal case has been stopped … What kind of criminal case which is closed because of  that the location of accused is not known?
