In Almaty, two citizens of Uigur nationality dissapeared

As informs in the dispatch the Kazakhstan international bureau under human rights and observance of legality referring to a source in Department of internal affairs of Kazakhstan, the citizen of China Kadyr Sadik (with the passport of the citizen of Chinese People's Republic for name Abudumidjan Abulimit, was recognized counterfeit) and the citizen of Turkey (known also under name Yusuf Kari), both Uigur nationalities detained on March 8, 2006 on suspicion to participation in extremist activity, have been released on freedom. At the same time they were condemned for a presence in territory of Kazakhstan Republic with false documents and have applied to them amnesty then both should abandon the territory of the country within ten days. However as informed wives of both arrested persons who are in Almaty, none of the released people have not made it back home.

It is known, that during K.Sydyka and J.Kari's presence in branch of police of Kazakhstan there came diplomats of embassy of Chinese People's Republic who were ready to give all necessary documents that the police has allowed to take them out Uigurs to Chinese People's Republic though one of them is the citizen of Turkey. It is known, that J.Kari for official China is one of idealogist national-liberation movement of Uigurs SUAR and consequently in due time he has been compelled to abandon the country.

The opportunity is not excluded, as K.Sydyk and J.Kari appeared now in hands of the Chinese or Kazakhstan special services rendering to assistance of China in capture of political fugitives within the framework of the Shanghai Organization on Cooperation. It is known, as Kadyr Sydyk, and Yusuf Kari have submitted the application in UNHCR the United Nations on reception of the status of the refugee.
