The inhabitant of Tadjikistan was undermined on the Uzbek mine

19-year old Ekubdjon Holboev, the inhabitant of djamoata villages of Hathona of area Ashtsk, on May 28 was undermined on antipersonnel to a mine established on the Tadjik-Uzbek border. It was informed by the coordinator on operations of the Tadjik Center on mine questions by Parviz Mavlonkulov to the correspondent REGNUM. He also has added, that the young man in the mined territory searched for the horned livestock therefore it was undermined on a mine. " Fortunately has remained alive and has been delivered in the central regional hospital by heavy wounds ", - he has told.

According to the Tadjik Center on mine questions for last two years 2005-2006 of all on the Uzbek mines 24 citizens of Tadjikistan were undermined. From them in 2005, 12 have received wounds of various weight and 7 people were lost. For May, 2006 injured 4, one person also was lost.
