To improve position of users of psychiatric services the first Memorandum between the international organization and Ministry of Health has been signed. During many years various NGO's reported on brazen violations of human rights in psychiatric hospitals. On their data, in clinics death rate disappeared. Patients were exposed to ruthless operation. In this occasion at the end of March the special board of Ministry of Health has passed. Then participants have recognized, that a condition of psychiatric service unsatisfactorily. In opinion of the international experts, the help the patient appears superficially. And the individual approach is necessary, they have noted. Today the first memorandum between Ministry of Health and the Global initiative in psychiatry has been signed. The document obliges to observe Kyrghyzstan the international norms in the field of mental health.
