Kyrgyzstan will not reconsider the agreement on transfer of Chinese People's Republic of site Uzengu-Kuush. The management of both countries has recognized border disputes decided finally and irrevocably. The parties have agreed to transform the general boundary into a zone of an everlasting peace, the friendship, transmitted from generation to generation. The joint declaration on it Kurmanbek Bakiev and Who Zsnitao have signed in Peking, during state visit of Kurmanbek Bakiev to Chinese People's Republic.
As the press-service of president of KR informed today, the final decision of boundary questions opens before our republic the big prospects of cooperation with Chinese People's Republic in the third millenium. The parties came to a common opinion that the chinese-kyrgyz friendship is equitable to radical interests of peoples of two countries, and also favours to the world and development in region.
Official Peking, according to the declaration, confirms, that the further consolidation and development of relations of good neighbourhood and friendship with the Kyrgyz Republic is the important component of foreign policy of China. Bishkek, in turn, also has noted: the all-around development of friendship and cooperation with Chinese People's Republic is one of priority directions of foreign policy of KR.
The parties have emphasized the big historical value « the Report between the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the government of the Chinese National Republic about demarcation of a line of the kyrgyz-chinese frontier» and a map of the general line of a boundary applied to it.
Kurmanbek Bakiev and Who Zcintao have acted for strengthening of consultations and cooperation in political, economic and other areas. It is necessary to note, that arrangements between the president of Kyrgyzstan and chairman of Chinese People's Republic have touched sphere of safety. The management of both states has agreed to not suppose as «use by the third countries of the territory to the detriment of the state sovereignty, safety and territorial integrity of neighbours», and «creation and activity of the organizations and the associations representing threat for other party».
It is especially important to emphasize one more point of the declaration. The parties as the text of the document says, « strengthen coordination and cooperation between law-enforcement departments and security service of two countries, and also continue to undertake within the framework of the Shanghai organization of cooperation effective measures on joint struggle against all kinds of terrorism, including against terrorist forces of "East Turkestan». The management of two states has explained it interest in maintenance of the world and calmness in two countries, and also in region. « Struggle against terrorist forces of "East Turkestan», - is emphasized in the declaration, - is the important component of the international antiterrorist struggle ».
It is obvious, that Peking has achieved from official Bishkek acceptance of the important decision for itself having far-reaching consequences. On hands of «Celestial empire» the present geopolitic trump has appeared. It, potentially, can be used concerning so-called «a Uigur question». And, in particular, as the lever in dispute around of the American military base, one of which missions some kyrgyz  experts count tracking territory of China.
