Employees of Office of Public Prosecutor have put the lawyer physical injuries
BISHKEK AKIpress - the Lawyer Sergey Slesarev has declared, that employees of Office of Public Prosecutor have put him physical injuries and have prevented his professional work.
As informed S.Slesarev to agency AKIpress, today, on June, 9, the employee of the company
«Kumtor operating Company» which rights were protected By this lawyer, have called to a building of the specialized Office of Public Prosecutor for interrogation as the witness on one case. Together with the witness to special procuracy  has come also S.Slesarev. The investigatory group of the State Office of Public Prosecutor was engaged in case.

« At my legal requirements to present the decision about purpose of investigatory group, whether i.e. on a question «enter into power of the given inspector interrogation of the witness?», me have thrown out three man - 2 inspectors and the security guard - from a cabinet. Thus they scratched my hands, have torn a shirt, have broken off my belt. With the witness they have remained alone and threatened him, that they will "close" him, i.e. will detain», - has told S.Slesarev.

One of inspectors Zamir Beishekeev, from words of Slesarev, works in Chui regional Office of Public Prosecutor.

S.Slesarev could write down on phone a part of the conversation with inspectors. «It is hidrance of lawful activity of the lawyer with causing physical injuries and application of violence. Though under the law
«About legal profession» I cannot be turned out from a cabinet», - he has told.

S.Slesarev has caused operative group  of Alamedinski RDIA  to declare and take off physical injuries.

Sergey Slesarev is known for  protection of  interests of Ulan Sarbanov in so-called to "case of financiers», and also Taalai Momunov, before suspected in attempt at the secretary of Security Council Misira Ashirkulova. In «case of financiers» the lawyer has won case. In case of Momunov he has achieved rehabilitation of the client - Momunov  has been recognized innocent in attempt.
