To the fourth refugee from Andizhan, taking place in Osh was refused in the status of the refugee

As soon as it became known, the Supreme Court of Kyrghyzstan has given up to the fourth refugee from Uzbekistan Rasuljonu Pirmatov in assignment of the status of the refugee. The Supreme court has made a decision for the benefit of Committee on migration at the government which was against giving the status of refugees to five refugees from Uzbekistan taking place in the cities of Osh SIZO. Business of the fifth refugee while in one court was not considered.

" Affairs of three of five refugees are already considered by the Geneva Commission of Human Rights and to address of the Kirghiz government verbal notes are sent. The Geneva commission condemns ex-tradition of the given refugees to Uzbekistan ", - informed IA "Fergana.ru" director of human right defending clinics " Adilet " Cholpon Zhakupova which conducts actions of proceeding on behalf of refugees.

The given citizens of Uzbekistan were among refugees moved up to the Kirghiz border, being rescueed from prosecution of authorities after the Andizhan events in May of the last year. The Uzbek Office of Public Prosecutor accuses them of heavy criminal acts.

Four Uzbek refugees have been detained in camp of refugees of Djalalabad area and transfered to Osh Insulator after that Uzbekistan has transferred criminal cases and verdicts of guilty on these persons.

The Kirghiz courts at removal of the decision on refusal in assignment of the status of the refugee to the given persons are guided by bills of particulars of the Uzbek Office of Public Prosecutor. Authorities of Uzbekistan accuse refugees of murder of the public prosecutor of city of Andizhan Ganijon Abdurahimov during events on May, 13, 2005.
