I address to you in hope that you can help. Me has paralysed below belts, legs do not move, do not feel a thing. that's why I go under myself and compelled to be dependent from all. How many time I thought that better to die than live so, but could not impose on myself a hand. Sooner or later I shall die of this illness, but despite of it, today I would like to live. I did not see anything good from this life. Except old mother i do not have anybody. Was the only child in family, had no work, because of lack I engaged to cattle rustling. Eventually was caught, Karabuurinski regional court in 2002 has sentenced me to 15 years. In 2003 for departure of punishment has arrived to Colony-3, in village Pokrovka of Issykata area . On December, 18, 2005 approximately in 10 o'clock in the evening I have left in a toilet. Having seen that there are employees of colony I began to escape. Because I in a pocket had 50 soms, I was afraid that they will take away them. In darkness I have stumbled and have fallen, they have caught up me and began to kick. At that time when two employees Malchan and Nadyr began to beat and kick me very strongly, there has come controller Nurik and has hardly stopped them. Then two of them have lifted me, and have thrust my head in a hole through which one criminal has escaped. Malchan has pressed down me with heavy metall thing, and continued to beat. I could not bear it any more, it appears then at me the backbone has broken. Since then me has paralysed below belts. Doctors having examined me have told that I never shall become independent and have sent me to 47 zone, to hospital. Nobody has carried the responsibility on my case. On sent by me to special prosecutors office complaints was no answer. When there comes my aged mother, they speak her that look for me, look after and help. I do not know how many to me remained - my Complaints do not reach anybody, and I am insulting that have to die in prison
