Kyrgyzstan repeats Russia concerning independent NGO's and foreign diplomats.

We remember actions of authorities of Russia concerning our colleagues from Moscow Helsinki Group and its leader Alekseeva L and of diplomats from England, at that time nobody in the world believed in this, simply Russian government was dishonoured, now it repeats in the Kyrgyz Republic. Action of the Kyrgyz authorities similar to actions of authorities of the Russian Federation, is it done under dictation of special services of Russia? As Russia did not want to be unique in this shame or Kyrgyzstan comes back in circles of authoritative clubs? It means freedom and human rights will soon end.
