At children and the teenagers working in tailing pound in village Orlovka of Kemin region, pathological defeats of internal bodies as increase in the sizes of a liver, significant backlog in physical development, a low index of health are revealed. In skilled group complaints to headaches, dizziness, pains in a back, in a stomach, nervousness and irritability, bad mood prevail.

The result of research of conditions of child labour on dumps of household waste products, near to villages Orlovka and Kashka, in Kemin region of Chui of area is those. Research has been carried out at support of the project by the NGO

"Positive Help" and sounded on the Round table which is taking place today in hotel Dostuk.

Conditions of poverty and a high rate of unemployment among the population of the given region have led to that people have begun messages of excavation on industrial dumps, with the purpose of extraction of waste products of industrial production. The fact causing the greatest fear, that alongside with adult population children and teenagers work. And they are exposed to the greatest danger. Probably, after several years of work in the harmful environment, these children can remain invalids for all life.

By results of the given research it is possible to define work of children and teenagers on dumps of industrial wastes of the Kyrgyz chemic-metal works, as one of most WORST FORMS of CHILD LABOUR. Conditions at which children work, in particular, the increased level of radiation, the long working day (10-12 hours), and also non-observance of the safety precautions fall under definition: “ About PROHIBITION AND IMMEDIATE MEASURES ON ERADICATION of the WORST FORMS of CHILD LABOUR ”.
