The group of women, grasping on July, 12 in the city of Dzhalalabad a building of joint-stock company "Temirtash" declare, that against them the owner of joint-stock company deputy of Jogorku Kenesh Kadyrzhan Batyrov has let the people armed with cudgels and automatic devices. In result of "active actions” from K.Batyrov's party, all women have got in regional hospital with various physical injuries.

Victims have addressed with applications to Dzhalalabad city branch of internal affairs in which demand attraction to the responsibility the deputy K.Batyrov and his people.

According to victim Nurkan Batyrova, at night July, 23 the deputy with people on three automobiles have arrived to a building of joint-stock company. They have started to be rude and beat graspers. She also has declared, that among them were armed people.

In result, three women have got in regional hospital. N.Batyrova asserts, that K.Batyrov demanded to exempt a premise, or they will take corresponding measures.

With behaviour of the people's choice citizen Z.Mameteminova is dissatisfied also. As she said, K.Batyrov's people have been armed cudgels and automatic devices.

“When they forcely began to put into machine the woman from graspers, I have decided to help her, but his (K.Batyrov's) guys have pushed me. As a result of falling I have received brain concussions, it was confirmed also with doctors ”, - informed Z.Mameteminova.

According to the third victim, mother of six children Zamira Jaanbaeva, people of Batyrov beat her on kidneys and a head, in result she has received a brain concussion and plural bruises.

According to victim S.Toktomatovf, she has received physical injuries as a result of the rough reference of the deputy of parliament which all over again has braided her hands, and then has roughly pushed her. As a result of falling S.Toktomatova too has received a brain concussion.
