Inhabitant of Zhalalabad declares, that she was stolen by people of deputy K.Batyrov
Under the information from a department of internal affairs of the city of Zhalalabad, on July, 25 with the application the citizen who informed that on the eve at 21.00 near combine her have stolen and, silenced, have put in a white motor vehicle "Volga", has addressed. By words of applicant, thieves have brought the frightened woman in university of name Batyrov, where deputy of Zhogorku Kenesh Kadyrzhan Batyrov personally talked to her almost three hours. The member of parliament has ostensibly suggested the inhabitant of the city of Zhalalabad «to pass from camp of aggressors of a building of former state farm "Jivprom" to him», promising, that he will
«compensate to her a downtime in camp of self-aggressors». However the woman has refused, then by 23.00 o'clock her have returned to combine and have left, having threatened.
According to a source in a city department of militia, «if Batyrov has status of inviolability people which have stolen and then returned, such status not present ».
As chief of City Department of Internal Affairs colonel Kubanych Torobaev has specified to the correspondent of ÀÊÈpress-FERGANA, «the given application is registered and investigatory actions already started». However there is no guarantee that militia can objectively to investigate, as Batyrov has the status of inviolability.

New coil of scandal around kyrgyz member of parliament Kadyrzhan Batyrov. As informed to IA "24.kg" authentic sources from law enforcement bodies, some inhabitants of Dzhalalabad area accuse deputy of Jogorku Kenesh in participation to beating and to insult. One of them has addressed with the application to militia.
