Adil Turdukulov: Today’s top officials of Kyrgyzstan took part in the large scale embezzlement from the country’s funds.
Daniyar Karimov
“Today’s top government officials, such as current members of the executive office, senators of the Parliament, and other permanent bureaucrats, took part in embezzling and stealing Kyrgyzstan’s funds,” declared Adil Turdukulov, a member of the Coordination Council of the Forum of Young Politicians.
His strong statement was triggered by debates surrounding new projects amending the Constitution of Kyrgystan. Adil Turdukulov is convinced that it is superficial to think that all the woes come from the norms of the General Laws of the country. “The main question today is whether our society’s political elite has morals and ethical standards, which would allow the country to develop,” he said.
Adil Turdukulov offered the President to share his powers with the nominal branches of the Parliament and the Government branches. In his opinion, the head of the state has to accomplish this task with the immediate help of law makers. In addition, leaders of the country need to make strategic decisions which would render political parties main participants on the political arena of the country.
