Well known human rights defender has specially left to Djalal Abad to check up information on mass beating the citizens who are taking place in isolator of the time maintenance. As the reason of incident mass indignation of prisoners has served.

On versions of the relatives, temporarily deprived from freedom tried to intercede for one of cellmate which ostensibly was tortured.

Information, by the words of Aziza Abdirasulova, have proved to be true. Practically all prisoners of Djalal-Abad isolation ward, had on their bodies traces of tortures - bruises, grazes, traumas were found. And one of the citizens that contained in isolator, was examined by the human rights defenders in chief's room of the City Departmnet of Internal Affairs in presence of representatives of OSCE and Office of Public Prosecutor. The police needed to recognize only, that the facts of beating in isolation ward take place.
