Prisoners of Djalalabad Isolation Ward of Temporary Allowance have addressed to the human rights defenders for the help

DJALALABAD - As AKI-press FERGANA chairman of board of human rights informed the correspondent of the organization Valentina Gritsenko "Validity", 40 prisoners in the isolator of time maintenance of Djalalabad City Department of Internal Affairs have appealed to the address of local human rights organizations.

According to V.Gritsenko, in circulation, transferred through relatives, prisoners inform, that « morning package proceeds literally from one to two minutes under impacts of batoons and shouts as "hurry", prisoners do not have time to wet their faces, they immediatly run in the chambers. There is no evening packages ».

According to authors of the reference, « in chambers it is impossible to breathe, the transfers from relatives do not arrive ».

Informing about it, prisoners of Djalalabad Isolation Ward of Temporary Allowance asked the human rights defenders to protect their human rights and to promote in creation of normal conditions of holding in custody.
