Kyrgyztaneese, fellow citizens, brothers! On September 7, 2006 there was an event which cannot leave anybody indifferent. In capital of Poland, the city of Warsaw the leader of the Kirghiz opposition, the deputy of four convocations of Kirghiz parliament Omurbek Tekebaev is arrested. In his luggage drugs were found.

We address to all sane citizens of the country. We know, who is who. We know, for whom this arrest is necessary. We know, whose interests were mentioned with opposition led by Omurbek Tekebaev. Who would like to expose Movement « For reforms! » Group of gangsters from the big road. Who wanted to decapitate opposition.

We remember, who else has named Tekebaev and his adherents extremists and radicals in the spring. We know, to whom he was as a bone in a throat. It is favourable to whom to shift the responsibility on foreign law enforcement bodies. We do not trust in concurrences and are sure, that this provocation is connected with coming nearer national meeting in Aksyi.

We are and all world community want to convince us that Omurbek Tekebaev - usual drug dealer. Want to expose the criminal of the person of crystal honesty. The person who always was on the party of people. The person who long years struggled with mode of Akaev.

Who always spoke the truth, and never adapted to authority.

Who first of our politicians has voluntary retired from a post of the speaker.

Who did not search for friendship neither with the first, nor with the second president.

Who has rejected all temptations of authority for the sake of disinterested service to the people.

Who was not afraid of difficulties, but did not wait for impact in a back.

Compatriots!

Our deputy is in trouble. Long years have passed in unequal struggle. But all this time he was among people. And now he is alone. Now the deputy cannot address to people and cannot protect himself. But right now, as never before, he needs our support and belief.

O.Tekebaev never was afraid to speak out the truth. He always criticized hypocrisy of authority and did not go on transactions with conscience. The rigid and impartial truth was spoken by him about Askar Akaev. But even that mode never fell up to such meanness.

People of Kyrghyzstan! People!

Omurbek Tekebaev always trusted us. We trust him.

We cannot reconcile. We shall not allow to mix his name with a criminal act.

It is a shame to us with authority which supposes such actions. And we do not have forces to suffer it further.

He has noted, that today during display of video which have been written down in day of flying away of Tekebaev, deputies Sarpashev and Sherniyazov have sounded not all facts available on them. « Simply the deputy commission should prove the others still, - he has told. - But there are concrete people, executors, there are their indications as it is made ».

« It is professional work of special service of Kyrghyzstan. Now many generals and ministers pretend to be teapots. But simple employees of these structures speak, that they have been preparing for this for 3 months. That is meant that there were conversations, that Tekebaev is necessary to put on a place », - he has declared.

« This provocation occurs on a background of an opposition of opposition and authority, on a background forthcoming meeting in Aksyi. And in general, that recently occured with Tekebaev who is the active basic politician, - prosecution, bells, provocations near office « Ata-Meken », says more », - considers Eshimkanov.

« I think, that authority is by realized or not realized have admitted an inexcusable oversight », - have told Eshimkanov.

In his opinion, the situation now only will be forced even more. « Most likely, heads of security officials will depart, - he continues. - Deputies are adjusted to demand resignation of management of NSC, including brother of Bakiev Zhanysh who directly supervises this structure, the Ministry of Internal Affairs ».

In opinion of Eshimkanov, a situation more serious, than it is possible for itself to present. « This provocation of the authority has given us blank check. Today, I am confident, in the south, especially district of Tekebaev, people will go out on streets. Since Monday political forces which support Tekebaev, are going to carry out various political actions of the protest, down to political hunger-strike. I think, that since Monday at a building of parliament will pass mass meeting », - he has declared.
