The court of Warsaw considers, that in O.Tekebaev's luggage have deliberately enclosed drugs with the purpose of discredit

BISHKEK (АКIpress) - has declared Regional court of Warsaw, that trusts indications of deputy Zhogorku Kenesh Omurbek Tekebaev, that in luggage of the active figure of opposition in the country where struggle for democracy has not ended, have deliberately enclosed drugs with the purpose of discredit of the legal citizen. About it was spoken in occasional part of the decision of court from September 8, 2006 on what party "Ata-Meken" referring to the decision of regional court of Warsaw received through Ministry for Foreign Affairs of KR on September 11, 2006.

As is known the court has decided not to satisfy the petition of regional Office of Public Prosecutor on the time conclusion under guard of O.Tekebaev.

Further in the decision of court it is spoken, that « the main commandant of police has received a fax at 7.41 o'clock on the basis of which police has received the information on possible smuggling. If O.Tekebaev transported heroin smuggling, it should be already in luggage in Bishkek because till time of a landing of the plane in Warsaw, he had no access to a suitcase and even did not see it. The reason on which boundary services have allowed to send luggage in which there were drugs is surprising. In that case at the moment of carrying out of the customs control becomes not clear when the Interpol in Astana has found out about possible smuggling ».
