The civil forum has put a number of requirements for the President

BISHKEK (AEIpress) - On the basis of performances of participants of the Civil forum which has been on October 12, 2006 in Bishkek, the resolution in which the recommendation has been accepted:

1. To president Kurmanbek Bakiev within 10 days to bring in Jogorku Kenesh the project of the Constitution produced in the first Constitutional meeting in July, 2005.

2. K.Bakiev, execute decision made by the Jogorku Kenesh and to generate the coalition government of national trust.

3. K.Bakiev, to withdraw the veto on the law on creation of public TV on base of KTR and to sign it within 10 days.

4. The president and the Prime minister, to provide within 10 days necessary conditions for an output in an ether of Broadcasting Company " Pyramid ".

5. The president, the government to take appropriate measures on eradication of the admitted skews at realization of a national policy: to provide representation of national minorities in bodies of state management and to stop on a root playing of a national card in political ends.

6. K.Bakiev, strictly to observe the law on public service. To withdraw all relatives from the state high posts and to give the declaration on incomes of members of family for promulgation.

7. The State Office of Public Prosecutor in the shortest terms to execute decision made by the Jogorku Kenesh on an establishment of originators of the action against deputy Omurbek Tekebaev.

8. The president, the prime minister, Minister of Finance, to remove from the agenda as irrelevant, rendering harm of independence, safety and reputation of the country questions on the introduction into program HIPC and transfer of energy carriers to concession.

9. To provide decision on the Aksyi event held on September 17, 2006.
