Osh: participating in meeting against authority were beaten, with the help of a criminal who is used by the authorities.
On October 26 before the building of akimiat the Osh area, on meeting for resignation of governor Zhantoro Satybaldiev and his assistant Kushbaka Tezekbaev, there were collisions between holding a meeting and people protecting authorities.
Approximately at ten o'clock in the morning, at a building regional akimiat tens of people, with posters began to gather: « Go away authorities which support corruption! », « we demand resignation of the governor and his assistant! », « For the truth and validity! ». On the central area other group has met, has taken away posters from them and has tried to disperse the meeting. As a result of collisions, one of organizers of meeting Abdykayim Kangeldiev has received physical injuries. He has characterized the given event as arranged and has accused of it the authorities:
- All people who wanted to participate in meeting have been beaten by sticks. There were unfamiliar guys. One of them has beaten me in a stomach, the second has struck me in an eye. Those who were there have told that I left. I have told that I shall not leave, and they shall answer for everyone. There are these young hooligans and women who have left the room of Kushbaka, - the head of public association « Protection of legality » Abdykaim Kangeldiev has told.
After that collisions holding a meeting managements of area demanded resignation have gone away. The second group of people which have left against holding a meeting, having presented itself as members of PA « March national revolution », have noted that those who have left to demand resignation of a management area, are simple hooligans:
- If each time there will be such meetings for resignation of a management, we shall lose the face before the world community. In the country where there is no stability and constancies never will be investments, - member of PA « March national revolution » Abdyrashit Urbaev has told.
And the assistant to the governor of Osh area Kushbaka Tezekbaev simultaneously with that has declared that has no relation to this fight, has told that, the head above-stated NGO Kangeldiev, works against an establishment of authority:
- He discredits our president which has received at elections of 91 % of voices. I will have enough also own forces on Kangeldiev, I can make him understand without people. There are simple people who stand by me.
At the same time one of organizers of meeting Zyinat Janbotoeva, has declared that has lost hope to find validity at authorities, and that members above-named PA will participate in meeting on November 2 in Bishkek:
- We already wait so much that the truth and validity at last will be established in our country. But there are no movements and changes. At present we all do not know what to do. Last measure was the picket. But from different directions have flown threats and pressure. There was only one output, we shall go to Bishkek.
The militia which observed of collision of two groups, has not accepted any measures.
The truth is only on the radio " Pyramida "
While telechannels are closed, newspapers are appropriated, authorities oppress mass-media when English radio BBC remains neutral, radio " Pyramida " has addressed in a true voice of people, and constantly transfers the facts not covered with lie. Remember the audience, an ether of radio 105 FM!
Uzbeks also have risen.
Dissatisfied with an unfair politics in the state 5000 people from Djalalabad and 2000 Osh citizens of Uzbeks have declared that will participate in meeting on November 2 and will demand resignation of president Bakiev.
KTR also has joined numbers of dissatisfied.
Actually noting is keeping silent. Number of those who is not pleased with the politics of authorities grows every minute. The given promises were not kept. Promises about increase of the salary have remained as promises. Money received from advertising ORT and have sunk into obscurity. Some people say that will go out on meeting on November 2, others say that will express mistrust to management of KTR.
