« In spite of the fact that yesterday acting as minister of safety denied these data, today local journalists already saw buses with inscriptions bashfully stuck by a white piece of paper "Special troops", - Arcady Dubnov informed.

As it is known, today in the morning at a meeting with people's choices the president of the country has refused to submit for consideration to the parliament the project of the constitution. We shall remind, the arrangement on it has been achieved on the eve on negotiations of the leader of the state with representatives of opposition. Arcady Dubnov has answered a question on how events can develop today:

« Among those who will leave on the area, there will be people for which heads of the pedestrian columns do not answer. And they can be prepared absolutely by other forces. The atmosphere in city is forced. Presence of special troops says that representatives of power structures who are focused on the president, are ready to use the forces and means to destination. Unfortunately, it is not the unique Kirghiz script. It is already fulfilled in other states for counteraction of activity of political opposition ».

In Melis Eshimkanov's opinion, the meeting will have a peace character. The opposition has coordinated actions to heads of the markets, large shops not to admit the facts of marauding or pogroms
