Kirghizia: the President is not going to bring the project of the constitution to the parliament
The President of Kirghizia Kurmanbek Bakiev has not brought in today on November 2, to the Jogorku Kenesh (the Kirghiz parliament) the project of the new constitution in spite of the fact that on this question the agreement with leaders of opposition on the eve has been achieved. Immediate reform of the constitution is the basic requirement of mass termless meeting of opposition which will begin today on the central area of Bishkek.
While in parliament there are heated arguments and emotional performances, around of the central area of the capital, near the House of the government some thousands of the militiamen armed with batoons, boards, rifles have gathered. At building of Jogorku Kenesh (parliament of Kyrghyzstan) supporters of opposition already gathered.
