As the chief of Central administrative board of internal affairs of Bishkek Moldomusa Konganitiev informs IA "24.kg", on autorefuelling arrived the foreign car , to fill in a petrol tank fuel. As informs our source in the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of capital of KR, one of killed - Bolot Samsaliev - criminal authority (his nickname is Boka Kazarmanski, the closest friend of well-known Kamchy Kolbaev). The second killed - has a nickname - Shram.
