« We also shall interrogate the deputies of the parliament in connection with the scandalous audio record », - the vice-president of Service of national safety (SNS) of Kyrghyzstan Elmurza Satybaldiev has declared today at press conference in "24.kg" supervising the investigation on case of a diskette.

« We already have handed summons to the leaders of NGO Edil Baisalov, and Asiya Sasikbaeva, to the businessman Omurbek Abdrahmanov and to the head of Social-democratic party of KR Almazbek Atambaev », - concerning on which the investigation is conducted

According to the vice-president of SNS, State Office of Public Prosecutor of KR has brought criminal case on the fact of conversation on possible captures of official bodies, instead of concerning separate people. In the decision of supervising body clauses 295 appear « Violent capture of working authority » and 297 « Public appeals to overthrow constitutional building » the Criminal code of republic. Elmurza Satybaldiev has noted, that the supreme measure of punishment is not provided yet, but term of imprisonment can exceed till 5 years.
