of chairman of OSCE, considers deputy of Zhogorku Kenesh of Kyrghyzstan

enclosed in a nested doll.

As it was earlier informed in mass-media, operative orientation about the
terrorist and drug dealer has been directed to the Polish special services
from a national bureau of the Interpol in Astana (Kazakhstan). On this
orientation O.Tekebaev was detained in Poland.

Then in press the information has appeared, that Kyrghyzstan is going to
block a question about taking chair of Kazakhstan in OSCE.

nongovernmental organizations, some politicians, probably, political
parties.

nevertheless, the international communities, I think, will take into account
this incident because this rough intervention in internal affairs of other
state, is attempt of prosecution of heterodoxy not only in Kazakhstan, but
also in other republic. If Kazakhstan had pure intentions and its services
have made a mistake, they should carry corresponding fair punishment.
Kazakhstan should give all available information at disposal of the Kirghiz
deputy commission. Zhgorku Kenesh with it's decision has addressed to the
president, to the government and parliament of Kazakhstan, but,
unfortunately, they did not give any answer, referring, that it is the state
secret », - has declared O.Tekebaev.

« Kazakhstan should not express at all desire to preside in OSCE. In OSCE
there are precise standards of democratic management and human rights.
Kazakhstan should not assist in suppression of heterodoxy and freedom in a
neighbouring country. Kazakhstan should investigate objectively
circumstances of the given affair, to finish and give the information of the
international public », - O.Tekebaev has told.
