NTS: the Management of the channel is called for interrogation to SNS

BISHKEK (G?GsIpress) - the Management of broadcasting company NTS has been called for interrogation in Service of national safety of Kyrgyzstan on the criminal case excited under articles 295 (A« violent capture or violent deduction of authority A») and 297 (A« public appeals to violent change of constitutional building A»). About it, has been told on November, 29 in evening releases of news of the given telechannel.

Accusation to any certain persons is not presented yet. Speaking by legal language, case is excited not on the fact, but on so-called "attributes". It means that anyone can become accused.

NTS informs, that as an occasion for excitation of an affair have served peace meetings of opposition on November 2-9 . Now in broadcasting company NTS is carried out dredging of all archival video data of week of meeting on the area Ala - G?G?G? .

The telechannel has reminded, that on November, 6 it already recieved the caution from Office of Public Prosecutor of October area.
