Known human rights defender Aziza Abdirasulova is involved to administrative responsibility for fine hooliganism. In opinion of authorities, offence of Abdirasulova

was expressed on December, 6 this year during peace meeting against connection to program HIPC, holding a meeting burned extemporaneous coffin with a scarecrow of the head of the World bank in Kyrgyzstan Roger Robinson.

For today the Kyrgyz Republic has more than 2 billion US dollars of the external debt which is necessary for compensating. Meanwhile, the international financial institutions suggest to write off a part of the external debt by means of initiative HIPC. But some active workers of a civil society oppose connections of Kyrgyzstan to the given initiative, believing, that thus the country appears in more dependent condition from other large powers.

Court is transferred on December 20.

Litigation above human rights defender Aziza Abdirasulova

is transferred for December, 20 of this year. As the judge of Lenin regional court Saatov who considers this case, has noted, to court, for maintenance of the accusation, the employee of militia that collected materials of the given administrative affair should come. However to process there has come deputy chief of RDIA who had no power of attorney to represent in judicial session his chief.

Aziza Abdirasulova is accused in infringement of a social order, during peace meeting against the introduction of Kyrgyzstan into initiative HIPK offered by the international financial institutions with a view of decrease of the external debt of republic. Meeting has taken place on December, 6 at a building of representation of the World bank in Kyrgyzstan, where holding a meeting burned

a scarecrow of head ov WB in Kyrgyzstan, Mr.Robinson .

In court Aziza Abdirasulova has told, that in the evening of the same day, approximately at 18 o'clock, she, together with lawyer Zhanybek Sopuev and human rights defender Anara Dautalieva

came to the deputy chief of militia Aliev. She has asked, whether militia or personally he have any claims to holding a meeting in connection with observance of a social order, and whether there were infringements from their party.

Aliev has answered, that infringement on the part of holding a meeting was kindling of fire, i.e. burning of a scarecrow. Moreover, Aliev, by words of Aziza Abdirasulova

has noted, that if this meeting will show on TV and there will be claims on the part of a higher management they will be compelled to prepare a material about an administrative offence, and to transfer it to court. As has noted human rights defender, during a meeting with Aliev there was no report on an administrative offence yet.

On court Aliev has confirmed, that there was a conversation with Aziza Abdirasulova. The militiamen providing protection of a social order, have written the report on actions of Aziza, and have submitted the case to court.
