He has already given out different gold and other trappings to the leaders of 12, 5 thousand electors of Uzbek nationality three times. According to our data, they are ready to vote for Eshenkulov for 100%. He is also popular among Kyrgyz population. However he didn't say anything himself yet. And those who don't know famous singer and melodist Tugelbai Kazakov? His position in today's reality is known to everybody. He is a quite experienced politician. He almost won during first elections, however rayon and oblast authorities were able to take away his victory and give it to his competitor. Maybe he didn't want to, or he couldn't, but he didn't verified his victory. Rayon authorities are ready to repeat what they have done several years ago. We know that Kazakov doesn't have neither resources, nor his will, in order to be able to go against administrative resources. I think Kazakov's problem can be solved by our own efforts.

Governor of Chui oblast - We won't have any problems. We don't have unfavorable candidates. Maybe sometimes we have local disputes, however in Chui oblast only people dedicated to the acting authority will run for elections. That is why we think that it is necessary not to intervene into the election process. And not to spend administrative resources, whoever wins, he will be from our side.
N. Tanaev - Thanks God we have at least on oblast in the republic we can rely on. And what is happening in the capital?
One from NSS - In the capital we will have problems. To tell the truth, governor of Talas oblast, Mr. Aidaralive, slipped into Bishkek a huge "pig". Several pigs. The most huge "pig" is Bolot Sherniyazov. Deputy of Jogorku Kenesh. He is planning to run from Asanbaevskyi district. You know Sherniyazov very well. Governor - Everyone knows that Kadyrbekov has come to his political decline. Local guys, businessmen, are planning to play with him. There are very rich and popular guys among them. Maybe that is why Kadyrbekov asked me to "pressure" him a little bit on behalf of administration, so his lowering rating will raise. We didn't "pressure" him. And to tell the truth his popularity is declining each day. So, Kadyrbekov's problem will be solved by local guys, I trust them.
