06.04.2006 For whom and for what purpose the revolution was done? K. Bakiev and Otunbaeva Roza have big families and they are busy with positioning them. In this relation they are not any different from Akayev… For whom and for what purpose the revolution was done? To the editor-in-chief of the newspaper “MSN” Mr. Kim A.A We, group of entrepreneurs in the country consider that the newspaper “MSN” played quite a role in ousting the Akayev’s regime. The president executive, prime minister of the KR Kurmanbek Bakiev several times had declared that main task of the new government will be ending the corruption, achieving the goal that truthful, competent, and professional people come to the key positions. In interview of our newspaper, Daniar Usenov, who became a vise prime minister, directly said that the most important for him is honesty of an official, and only then his/her professionalism. Unfortunately, these are just words. What is happening in reality? Akylbek Japarov just became a minister of finance of the country and started putting his relatives everywhere. For example, Nurlan Japarov, brother of executive minister became a chair of the Bishkek tax inspection. Nurlan Makeev, nephew of the execute minister, became a chair of the custom’s control of the “Manas” airport. Taalai Japarov, brother of the execute minister, became a deputy chair of the Bishkek customs control office. A relative of A. Japarov became a chair of the Ministry of finance apparatus. What was the consequence? If before the well-known events of March 24, the customs control of weight in Bishkek customs took US $500-800, which was higher than the requirement from each car (weight about 15-18 tons), then today the requirements increased up to $1800-2000 from the same car. If this is a norm of management and work style of new government, then people will oust it in a shorter period of time than they did with Akayev’s regime. Did the revolution take place only in order to change the corrupt and unrestricted people to other even more wild and impudent ones? We do not sign this statement. We overcame big losses as a result of the revolution and after “coming” of the executive minister of finance and all of his brothers and relatives; we might even lose our business.
