Kulov is justified. (Urgent)

Today sharp at 11 Bishkek time, Supreme Court of the KR had a final review of the case of F. Kulov, leader of the “Ar Namys” party. All previous decisions of courts in KR are totally cancelled. Thus, Kulov is absolutely justified.

For the first time the decision making was directed by the Kyrgyz Constitution.

The Supreme Court of the KR was directed by article 88,83,85,86,89 and numbers of other articles of the Constitution in decision making. In particular the article 89 states that evidences brought by violation of law are not evidences.

The given decision was possible only after the revolution of March 24. The regime of Akayev hided the note from the UN Committee for human rights. The note suggested reviewing the case of Kulov as against the state.

There are many other cases of illegally accused persons based on political motives.

We hope that the new government of the KR will follow the highness of the law.

KCHR chairman,

Ramazan Dyryldaev
