Statement of Kyrgyz Committee for Human Rights

1st of August, Akaev's regime adjutant court showed an incorrect decision on reinstatement from KCHR Bulatov K. ( as radio "Azattik" says). The illegality of the decision is in following

The decision of Pervomay Court from 1st of August about the reinstatement of Bulatov's previous position of chairman of broad directors of KCHR about the admission, retirement of his collaborators is not announced since the actions (decisions) of the chairmen of broad of directors were made out of the border of Kyrgyz Republic.

In the history of Kyrgyz Committee for Human Rights , finding out the corruption in the high echelon of power, lawfulness in the system of state authority, deceit and dissemblance in politics, this is not the frst accident of illegal decisions, including judicial.

From the time of establishment KCHR suffered many of such illegalities, like reinstatement of dismissed collaborators on elective office trough the court, registration of counterfeits instead of current ones, recognition of the claims based on the applications of the counterfeits and attempts to take the law of the chairman of board of directors R. Dyryldaev and many more. Including  the latter campaign against the KCHR and chairman of board of directors of indictment of illegal usage of foreign grants.

In connection with statement of facts, KCHR claims

 - All the attempts to imprison the chairman of the board of directors of KCHR, to deface the KCHR are collapsed and will collapse, and this is only proving the politics of illegal persecution of ruling regime regarding the independent Media and NGO and others.

Unfortunately, there is no fair judicial system in Kyrgyz Republic in Akaev's regime. And because of these they are unable to detect the announcements of independent Media on depredation of many billion financial assistances and humanitarian aids received by Kyrgyz Republic. Many civil servants benefits from these. There are many unconsidered notifications of Media about the illegal incomes of president's family, contrariwise, the authors of such published articles, are persecuted in many ways, including the illegal decision of Pervomay court from August of first regarding the KCHR.

The nation of Kyrgyzstan should remember, that all foreign humanitarian aids are for the nation, and citizens have rights to demand the report on their spending from the rulers.
