New method of corruption to promote the relatives of Akayev’s family.

First stats secretaries are elected to the ministries of the KR among the relatives of president Akayev and his wife Mairam. Only they are able to take these positions of stats secretaries, because in case if authorities change no one has the right to change these positions.

As the press service agency on government service affairs informed, a session of a Council on government service took place in the Government House on Tuesday. For the first time, question of electing a stats secretary to a higher governmental administrative position in Agency of government service affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of education in the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of labor and social protection of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. Administrators of ministries were invited to the session of the Council, for the purpose of agreeing with them the nominated candidates.

During the session the Council reviewed the results of competitive selection and made an interview with the candidates. Based on deep information about competences of the candidates, the members of the Council chose strongest candidates, who will be presented to the President and Prime minister of the Kyrgyz Republic in order to appoint them as stats secretaries in each ministry.

Thus, the Council selected the following four candidates for positions of stats secretaries:

- To the Agency on government service affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic – Jamakeeva Sanatkul Duishenovna – sister of Mairam Akayeva;

- To the Ministry of education of the Kyrgyz Republic – Ibragimova Gaisha Jusupbekovna – a relative;

- To the Ministry of labor and social protection of the Kyrgyz Republic – Mambetaliev Muratbek Kubanychbekov – a relative;

- To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic – Kangeldieva Aigul Amanbekovna – a relative.

The representatives of international organizations, who participated in all phases of the competition observed the selection process. The representatives of the Secretariat of Consultative Council on truthful management, World Bank and pro governmental non governmental organization “Future with no corruption – TI – Kyrgyzstan” participated in the last session of the Council.

The Akayev family mass media writes that providing openness, transparency, usage of foreign experience and modern systems will allow to involve right, competent and professional people to the government work.

In February stats secretaries will be elected to other 18 ministries, committees, government agencies, and commissions of the Kyrgyz Republic, from the number of relatives that are left.
