Slogan created for the youth had its aim to make all the youth vote for Aksar Akayev's children - Bermet and Aidar. "Clean Kyrgyzstan" - it is
a program, which consists of five parts: "Clean water",
"Clean elections", "Clean nature", "Clean
technologies" and "Clean hands". And here is the now-how. Why people don't know anything about this program? Now disappointed president is hoping for "public-legal measures". This means that citizens themselves have to catch corruptors by their hands and pass them to law enforcement bodies? Or judge them in the court of elders and explain them that it is not good to steal? And who will allow citizens enter the "White House" where the corruption according to Askar Akayev has reached the 7th floor? However this time his empty words are backed with brilliant idea. "According to the plan "Clean hands" state officials, officials who work with taxes and rich tax payers should sign a social contract with citizens of Kyrgyzstan. The aim of this program according to the President is to increase salaries, pensions and social benefits by directing more money into the budget of the country" - informational agency "AKIpress" informs. Great. Let this action start by members of president's family, who own, according to the publications in the Internet, a huge amount of enterprises in the country. It should be supposed that the reader understands that legally the property belongs to other people, however members of the Family control the finances. The life of the country should be defined by the Constitution and the legislature of the republic. Everything else does not count. And what is happening in the reality? Jogorku Kenesh adopts laws, however doesn't have the right to control their observation. And of course the executive power ignores these laws. Guarantor of the Constitution with the help from political technologists creates virtual democracy and supports it with pseudo-programs, which are never implemented, however they present reports which suggest the opposite. According to the reports for the last time 75000 poor families in Kyrgyzstan bettered their living. I personally know only one such Family. Let add to it one thousand of its subordinates and we come up with 1001. Has anyone seen another 73999 families who have bettered their living? Askar Akayev has even more opportunities to imitate democratic developments. For example, to add to the program "Clean Kyrgyzstan" plans on "Clean eyes", "Clean biographies".
